Illut.io specialise in augmented reality (AR) and I thought this was a pretty neat way of getting someone’s attention for a sales pitch. Business cards usage may be drifting down the y axis being paper and all but if there is something which is hugely intriguing and different, you might just give it the airtime.
So.. if you read my business card through this iPad, it will display a video of what I do. You might not even care for what I do but to see some pretty cool augmented reality in action, you might watch. I think this could be a great little niche to encourage people to watch your pitch where they might not normally be all ears.
